Regulatory Compliance

Shipping Policy

Obsidian Labs ships to United States domestic addresses only. A flat rate of $15.00 USD is applied to all orders. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, Obsidian Labs is not responsible for carrier delays or losses.

Payments

All payments are processed in USDC (USD Coin) via the Base or Ethereum network. Orders are only processed after payment is verified on-chain. Obsidian Labs does not store payment credentials and does not accept chargebacks.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Obsidian Labs does not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact admin@obsidianresearch.co within 48 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsidian Labs and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from this website.
